Delivery timelines
We make our garments post receiving the order. We will take 10-14 days to ship the order. Once shipped it will take 2-3 days to deliver the order.
In certain cases where we have ready pieces, under product description it will be mentioned “Ready to Ship”. It will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date and delivered 2-3 days post shipping.
For purchases on our website, we ship only within India. Within Karnataka a shipping charge of Rs 50 is added and for rest of India a shipping charge of Rs 100 will be added.

Returns
Pilgrim will accept return of our product within 14 days of purchase.The item must be in its original condition with tags and must not to be worn, altered or washed.
Items on sale and jewelry cannot be returned.
You can send it back to us using any trackable/safe shipping method.
